Shipping and delivery

• We currently deliver within India only.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges: Free Shipping across India
• Since products may ship from different suppliers, items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated with tracking details.
• Please check the package when it arrives. If it looks damaged or tampered with, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because you are unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. We may re-ship it at extra cost or refund you after deducting the courier cost of the failed delivery.

If your order arrives significantly later than the promised timeframe, you may ask for a cancellation and full refund.
